I provide my services for mortgage lenders, title & escrow companies, signing services, and attorneys with a level of integrity and customer service that one should expect from a professional.  Since 2020 I have taken over 150 hours of training at Notarystars.com covering every loan product under the sun, obtained multiple certifications, and facilitated with more than 500 loan signings.  I understand the importance of getting closing documents completed error free (the first time!) and returned in time for funding or before that rate lock expires. I confidently present every document while keeping in mind that which I can and cannot say as the notary.
